An H2E Webinar
December 14, 2007 - 1:00 p.m. EST

How can we communicate the value of environmental initiatives for the chief financial officer?
This interesting study looks at the perceptions of the chief executive, environmental safety, and material management officers about the natural environment and the role of chief financial officer in evaluating, capturing, and evaluating environmental performance. The findings suggest that the key players in a hospital's organizational structure view the CFO as a key decision maker in all areas including environmental management. However, the CFO themselves are unclear how and even unwilling to assume an active role in environmental initiatives. Thus, a key question remains: How can facilities and organizations account for environmental stewardship strategies if an important decision maker is not on board? Join us and find out the how this may impact your environmental initiative.
