Times are tough, state says 'tough' to injured workers

By eliminating their benefits, we're saying what they sacrificed wasn't worth anything; that they're not worth anything...

IN TERMS of Pennsylvania's nearly $30 billion budget, a looming multibillion-dollar deficit, threatened program cuts and state-worker layoffs, this little story doesn't amount to much... the law to remove benefits to injured employees would only save "around" $1 million.
