Why cash for clunkers, when a $200 can get any car 20% better MPG?

Electric superchargers have been available on eBay for a long time but a U.K company says 'theirs that actually works'. Stating that it provide a 40-50% bump in power and torque, but also a 20% decrease in CO2 emissions. Read more of this story at gas 2.0
