District of Columbia Finalizes VOC Regulations for Consumer Products, Industrial Adhesives and Seala

On Dec. 30, 2011, the District of Columbia Department of the Environment (DCDOE) published a final rule regulating volatile organic compounds (VOC) in Consumer Products and Industrial Adhesives and Sealants.
