PHMSA Grants ACA Appeal on Extension of Time to Use Square on Point LQ Mark with UN Number and Clari

On Dec. 30, 2011, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a final rule in response to several ACA appeals to the Jan. 19, 2011 final rule published in HM-215K.
