EPA - We Energies Plan to Convert to Natural Gas at Wisconsin Valley Power Plant will improve air quality

We Energies today notified the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that the company plans to retrofit its Valley Power Plant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin so that the facility can run on natural gas. “WE’s decision will improve air quality and result in major health benefits for the many people who live in the neighborhood around this power plant,” said Susan Hedman, EPA Region 5 Administrator
