Judge orders @US_FDA to make 'morning after' pill available without prescription to children all ages despite side effects & drug warnings

Lets pretend for a minute our country is devoid of any moral fabric, parental obligations or compassion towards a child in need.... we CAN NOT disregard basic medical, regulatory, physician, civic-duties or laws protecting end users of medication from know risks.

We now need prescriptions for 1,000's of medications "proven safe by dose" for cold, pain, stomach and 100's of other normal child/adult afflictions in the U.S. due to "necessary" regulatory and safety concerns. WHY on earth would we completely ignore the basic interaction and review by a physician with a child to protect a human life?

Sorry but I call bull$%&^* on "It's about protecting our children"
We lose 1,000's of children a year who do not have access to medication and even more children die of taking prescription and over the counter drugs. That's why the laws to protect these children are in place!

I get both side of the coin here... but heads or tails, we all lose if we do not put our children's safety first. Born or unborn get off your liberal/conservative soapboxes show some #%$&$ genuine concern for basic humanity. – Haase

...In his ruling, Korman said the FDA's rejection of requests to remove age restrictions to obtain the pill had been "arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable."
