This webinar will provide an overview of Wisconsin DNR's new
phosphorus rules; who they apply to; the compliance options of bricks
and mortar, water quality trading, adaptive management and variances;
and the compliance schedules associated with each. If you hold a WPDES
Permit, this webinar will update you on what to expect in your WPDES
Permit and legal issues for consideration. If you are a nonpoint
source discharger, this webinar will explain why you may be contacted
by a WPDES Permit holder and what to consider if you are.
