Architectural Coatings; Suggested Control Measure (SCM) Reference Documents

"The Suggested Control Measure (SCM) is a 'model rule' developed by ARB that local air districts can copy for their architectural coatings rules. The SCM was last amended in 2000. We are proposing to amend it again in 2007. Below are links for the 2007 SCM update process.
