Public radio and free speech on the cutting board...

Lawyers are about to effectively eliminate and put out of business all the small-medium internet radio stations. The proposal by the Copyright Royalties Board, small business would have to pay 125% of its current annual income (which it obviously cant) whereas media conglomerates like AOL, pay nothing in an example of the rich getting richer while the poor get poorer.
