Haase - The idea of building more coal to "cap it" and sell and trade "hot air" carbon credits is a dumb as the direction our nation took in the 70's when we had the technology, resources and capital to build solar farms, electric cars and 50 MPG trucks. We failed then due to "financial redirected interests", how does this sound any different. Seriously, have we learned nothing from history or markets in 30 years? At this point we would be selling clean energy to third world polluters and not buying it from them had we stuck with the program.
