National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan

Federal Register | The EPA is taking final action on an amendment that was withdrawn in a January 22, 2013, Federal Registerwithdrawal notice. The amendment that is the subject of today's final rule adds language to the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) to broaden the technology, to include computer telecommunications or other electronic means, that the lead agency is permitted to use to make the administrative record file available to the public.
