GE's new EV charge station to only 4

GE's WattStation Cuts EV Charging Time in Half. A new charging station from GE is forthcoming, the WattStation, projects that it will decrease electric vehicle (EV) charging time from 12-18 hours to only 4 to 8 hours compared to standard EV charging stations.
The WattStation, is designed to integrate into a "smart" electrical distribution system so it can be programmed to charge an EV only during non-peak hours. Developed by Fuse Project, the cylindrical WattStation device flares out towards a circular LED interface on the top and has a retractable charging cable. Users will be able to remotely locate, operate and monitor the unit, communicating wirelessly with digital platforms and mobile devices. Via David Schaller
