Seattle plans to reduce greenhouse emissions
Associated Press: Mayor Greg  Nickels, who has enlisted 307 U.S. mayors in an effort to meet the international  Kyoto Protocols for reducing greenhouse gases, on Wednesday announced his plan  for city residents to lead the way. "Climate change is the biggest threat facing  our planet," Nickels said. "With the release of the Seattle Climate Action Plan,  we start down a hopeful - but challenging - road toward a solution."
