The West Michigan Environmental Action Council (WMEAC)'s executive director, Tom Leonard, has resigned effective Saturday to pursue writing about the environment. The WMEAC Board of Directors will conduct a national search to find Leonard's replacement while Kayem Dunn serves as interim executive director. WMEAC is a non-profit environmental advocacy and education organization that focuses on water quality, sustainable food systems, environmental justice and environmental business practices.
