"House OKs $1.7 Billion Clean Water Bill"

The House voted 367-58 to approve a bill authorizing $1.7 billion in grants to states and municipalities over five years to modernize sewage systems and control wet-weather overflows. Jim Abrams reports for the Associated Press in the Washington Post 3/7/07.
