Piezo Heating Shower uses Water Energy Heat Itself

Piezo Shower is a very creative implementation of piezoelectric technology that is being developed by the Mexico, Finland and Germany designers. A shower system that utilizes the flow of water itself to produce electricity to heat the water.

Piezo Shower consists of tubing embedded with a circuit of piezoelectric nano-wires. The piezoelectricity and fibers in the pipes will generate electricity through movement and friction of the water flow when filling tub. Electrical energy generated would be used to heat water. A strong metaphorical twist design based on an organic 'vein-like' network akin to the human body's blood circulation system to maximize the touching area between the tubes and the water.
