Arizona moves to save cash, cut air pollution

Arizona Republic: Arizona joined the fight to slow global climate change Friday with an ambitious plan that supporters say could reduce harmful greenhouse pollutants by more than half over the next 35 years and save taxpayers more than $5.5 billion.
