As a former certified Environmental Site Assessor & Tank Inspector Installer.... I find it hard to believe the EPA can not ask DCOMM for a FREE draft of inspections guidelines.

Or the EPA can just contact me directly for the most advanced (also FREE) tank inspection guidelines that combine DCOMM, NFPA, RMP,OSHA-PSM and RCRA standards for tank inspecting at haase@neutralsolution.com
