Mercury Everywhere and "new plan" increases deadly spread

As widespread reports of Mercury found in all fish tested by researchers with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the nation's streams, and that sampled more than 2,700 fish in over 10 other Western states Surface... Congress and a federal suit are challenging to replace the new US mercury plan that is a "emissions-trading scheme" - which has worked to curb other pollutants that spread far and wide - but, doesn't work for mercury, which accumulates locally as well as spreading over long distances.
