Gov. Jim Doyle announced plans Friday to reduce mercury emissions by 90% at coal-fired power plants in Wisconsin.
At a Madison press conference on the shore of Lake Monona, Doyle said he wants to achieve the reductions by about 2018, using new rules on emissions and incentives to cut pollution.
