Schwarzenegger to sign bill against coal-fired power Wednesday
MarketWatch: On Wednesday, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill prohibiting the state's electric utilities from signing long-term contracts with coal-fired power plants, or investing in such plants, at least until equipment to control carbon dioxide is deployed.
