Wisconsin - Doyle unveils 'bioindustry' proposal
Business Journal of Milwaukee: Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle unveiled plans to grow bioindustry and renewable energy in Wisconsin through a $450 million public and private investment strategy in renewable fuel sources. Doyle's proposal, announced Monday morning, will be included in his budget next year if he is re-elected in November.
