A Symposium on Building a Safe and Sustainable Future in New York State, December 6 and 7, 2006, at the Legislative Office Building, Empire State Plaza, in New York, will help a diverse audience of participants learn about the latest innovations and discuss how to advance sustainability in New York State. Together, we will identify promising opportunities and important challenges associated with building a safe and sustainable economy. The intent is to discuss, in a workshop format, strategies for expanding a green economy.
