New EPA Proposal Sets Rules For Emissions Reporting

redOrbit: In a move toward regulating and reducing emissions, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday proposed a comprehensive system for reporting emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, Reuters reported.
