From EERE - DOE has amended the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled, "Recovery Act: Wind Energy Consortia between Institutions of Higher Learning and Industry." The amendment extends the date for submitting Letters of Intent from university applicants to June 29, 2009, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The application due date remains the same—July 29, 2009, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
