I am always amazed by the idea that spending money will 'lower costs' (Yet, I am not a politician).
Regardless, if half of this statement is true, we could save thousands of lives and extend the quality of life for many more.
As Americans are forced onto this bill it is important to see the good in it and offer constant positive input on how to improve it before it becomes regulation.
