Great Opportunity for an environmental health and safety professional with previous management experience. The ideal candidate will have some manufacturing experience with a premium on any experience in either food ingredients or specialty chemicals. Plant, which produces and processes surfactants used in household and industrial cleaning supplies, is a non-union shop. Role will focus extensively on the safety aspects of manufacturing with the objective of working with senior-level plant personnel and the workforce in general to reduce accidents, prevent downtime and also minimize levels of restricted time.
Lots of opportunity here for the right person. Credentials should include college degree in engineering or environmental sciences, occupational health and safety certifications or training, master's degree preferred, and previous manufacturing background mandatory.
