Chinese resources catching up to U.S... time to be tactful

As the House passes bill aimed at Chinese currency (CNN) it appears they may not see that this kind of one sided regulation may ultimately sacrifice millions of U.S. jobs... as we watch how just the Chinese can leverage the control over  materials as a weapon - Pentagon Loses Control of Bombs to China Metal Monopoly (BloomBerg)http://static.businessinsider.com/image/4b4a463a00000000000d6f70-339-234/rare-earth.png

Without question we need to make drastic changes in world trade if we EVER want to dream of a sustainable economy. And yes diminishing imports while increasing exports is the successful paths to this. But, if we have designed the security of our nation around some of these imports, then we should do it a whole lot more tactfully ;-)
