Ruud Lighting expects to add 469 full-time jobs over the next four years as part of a $24.5 milion expansion announced Tuesday.
The company is building a 208,000-square-foot expansion in Sturtevant that will house LED lighting assembly lines and an expanded distribution center.
...The investment will include equipment needed to expand manufacturing operations, Ruud said. Most of the full-time jobs will be assembly positions, with other opportunities to follow as demand for LED lighting products grows.
