EPA Proposal Maintains Current Emissions Thresholds for GHG Permits

New sources that emit 100,000 tons per year of carbon dioxide-equivalent and existing sources that make modifications increasing their greenhouse gas emissions by 75,000 tons per year must obtain permits. EPA will not require smaller stationary sources of GHGs to obtain emissions permits.(link here).
