The monthly trade deficit rose to $52.6 billion in January, the highest level since the 2008 financial crisis, the Commerce Department reported Friday. In January, the United States exported $180.8 billion in goods and services and imported $233.4 billion. The trade imbalance grew from $50.4 billion in December. Read more at:
