#Sustainable - Turning Restaurant Scraps into Thriving Gardens @WasteCap

Please join WasteCap WI for a webinar on food waste, Tuesday, May 29th led by guest speaker Melissa Tashjian of The Kompost Kids, Inc. During this hour long session (1:30 PM - 2:30 PM CST) she will discuss how the volunteer- based program is run, the importance of composting and where they are actively working in the city. In addition to the logistics of a community compost program, she will illustrate the success of her organization and where they see the industry heading next.
