BEIJING, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- An explosion and resulting fire in a family-owned workshop in eastern China killed at least 13 people and injured 14 more, some seriously, authorities said. ...Authorities said the workshop was an illegal facility, involved in polishing and processing hardware locks. It was not clear how many people were in the workshop at the time of the explosion, which was believed to have been occurred when sparks from a polishing machine ignited dust in the facility, Xinhua reported.
