T-Mobile Forced to Pay Nearly $346K to Fired Worker for being a OSHA whistleblower

T-Mobile and its parent company have been ordered by the Labor Department to reinstate and pay nearly $346,000 to a worker in Bellevue, Wash., who was fired in 2009. The order resulted from an investigation by the Seattle office of OSHA into allegations that the employee was fired for being a whistleblower.
