The report, "State Chemicals Policy: Trends and Profiles," was released and reveals significant state actions to address toxic chemical pollution. The Report was produced by NPPR and reveals that almost all 50 states have either proposed or enacted legislation aimed to regulate chemicals. A press release for the report is attached. See report:
