Pesticide in School Lunches in India leading to the deaths of 23 children

There has been a dreadful pesticide poisoning in Bihar province of India leading to the deaths of 23 children who died after eating a free school lunch.  The AP article (published in the Washington Post) suggests that the meal was laced with organophosphate insecticide, which given the rapidity of intoxication and the number of deaths could have been in a concentrated form.  All are awaiting laboratory analyses of ingredients (lentils, potatos, and rice), the cooked lunch, and the stomach contents of the deceased kids.
