EPA terminates agreement to design cleanup of Waukegan Harbor

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE No. 07 - OPA210 CHICAGO (Nov. 8, 2007) - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has notified the city of Waukegan that it has terminated the agreement to design a project to clean up Waukegan Harbor using funds provided by the Great Lakes Legacy Act.
