Not to piss off his Mom before Mothers day by blaming her for giving birth to him a confused and misdirected teenager is suing the federal government for allowing global warming..
Really? Please sue our government so they can pay you with our tax dollars????
I would suggest this teen use his typical rant against "what his parents generation has done to him".... and focus his energy in a political career, it sounds like he would make a great politician ;-) All kidding aside: I love the passion teenagers show to protect people and our planet (at the end of the day it is all that matters).
But taking action is taking responsibility and doing something "concrete" like a job in energy, environmental protection or health and safety ....not blaming and yelling - Didn't your grandpa do that in the 60's? Where did it get him? Imagine instead he got a job protecting 1000's of lives, acres of land, billions of gallons of fresh water or reducing our nations energy, emissions and hazardous waste discharges. Many did, we call them EHS professionals and I thank the world we have them everyday!
"I am 16 years old. This morning I filed a lawsuit against the United States of America, for allowing money to be more powerful than the survival of my generation, and for making decisions that threaten our right to a safe and healthy planet."
