On February 21, 2012, the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) submits the following comments regarding the Environmental Protection Agency‘s (EPA) proposal to revise the final rule, regarding non-hazardous materials that are solid waste when used as fuels, that was promulgated on March 21, 2011.
