Seattle plans to reduce greenhouse emissions

Associated Press: Mayor Greg Nickels, who has enlisted 307 U.S. mayors in an effort to meet the international Kyoto Protocols for reducing greenhouse gases, on Wednesday announced his plan for city residents to lead the way.
